Equipment parts maker to invest in Findlay facility Werk-Brau, manufacturer of attachments for heavy construction equipment, has obtained a building permit for a $4 million, 26,000-square-foot expansion to its Fostoria Avenue plant.
The additional production space will be located to the north of the existing 38,550-square-foot building, company President Jon Ballinger said. It is anticipated that the addition will be completed by September, he said. It is not planning to add jobs with the addition. Werk-Brau also will be adding a 72-space parking lot to replace spaces to be eliminated by the building expansion.
