I'm always relaxed. whether you are or not, that's another story.

going back to my childhood, I had Tonkas.

And I've always loved,

dozers and excavators and big machinery. I mean, I've always thought it was cool and and, you know, and when you can go out and sell something that you really like and think it's cool and have a, have a passion for. Yeah. I think it's a real key to anybody in sales. Yeah. Trusting and knowing what you're selling is good and that you're giving customer a true value for what he's wanting.

Those things I really love, I love, I love working with people and and love helping whenever possible.

Grew up in the northwoods of northern Wisconsin.

it was, a small town of 3000 people.

the nearest big town, and then when I say big town, 10,000 people, it was 60 miles away. We weren’t a suburb or anything.

We were. Yeah, on an island,

my hometown, Park Falls, Wisconsin, is

tagged as the ruffed grouse capital of the world, also known as partridge. And it is one of my favorite things to do when I am up there.

I love partridge hunting

I love whitetail hunting.

I've got a great stand that I've built for me and my dad to hunt out of, and, and I've got a close relationship with him

I try to get back there at least one other time of year. Usually I try to shoot for, early fall when the weather's good. And I love the fall colors.

I now reside here in Florida, and that's the one thing that I dearly miss. And that's about it is, autumn colors. Yeah. Yeah. Don't miss the white stuff at all.

Different kind of white stuff down here.

Yeah. That's a fact. That's a fact.

Being transparent, honest with our dealers is very important because they're taking my information. They're going back to their end user, letting them know that they are going to be able to start their project on time with that new machine that they're buying from them. You know, it's our communication to them is very key.

I have a strong empathy and understanding of what is important to the dealer

reps that I work with.

I always had visions of what Werk-Brau was in my mind, or what it might look like.

It was nothing like that,

I just parked there waiting, and it was shift change. Watching third shift come out, first shift going in. And my God, it was like, the most American thing I'd ever seen.

these, you know, tough welders and machinists and, and, factory people walking out, you know, it was it was just like, Miller High Life commercial to me, you know?

And I'm like, yeah, now there's something I can sell, you know, American made. And I can tell you to this day,

when I'm in the field, I think about

our family as a company. And,

those guys in the factory out there busting their ass, grinding and welding and

it is my job to supply them with work to keep them working. That is a huge motivating factor for me. Yeah. It gives me the pride in my company, to know that I'm helping to,

keep them and their families taken care of. Yeah, and that's how I do it.

that's very, very, very important to me, which is something I never had before.
