She’s not even using either hand to drive.
She’s looking at you.
out of college, was selling life insurance to my friends, which doesn't really always work out the best way, but, I started there, and that was a good way to get into sales. You definitely overcome a lot of fears when your buddies tell you never to call you again, so that's always good.
did you get started at that work? Right. So I got started at Werk-Brau basically, went on a bachelor party with my best buddy from college and met Neil Recker,
we just got to talking, and we were both in sales, both actually working from our laptops while we're supposed to be on a bachelor party.
one day I just wanted to test the waters and reached out to, Neil about the opportunity and then got in contact with him and Dale and the rest is history.
the whole reason I got into sales to begin with was the customer relationship. So I just, I like, shooting
and, you know, just becoming friends with guys like, we did it last night.
We went out with the dealer and went to a baseball game. And, you know, hung out
just developing those friendships and those relationships and long term, that's really what's important because obviously things break in our industry. So what's really important is making sure that people know who to call and you're, you know, you're always available for, helping out, especially helping out a friend too.
Working with a dealer down in the Cincinnati area.
I'm from Cincinnati, and
one of their vendors were actually way behind on getting attachments down to work on the new bridge that they're putting across the, river
So we were able to get them some expedited attachments to help begin that project on time.
So pretty cool that we're able to do that in my hometown as well as be able to always drive by and see, some WB down on the, working on the bridge there.
Growing up, I played baseball, football, basketball all through high school.
love going to Reds games. It's one of my favorite things to do.
But yeah, baseball was always my first love.
I actually checked it online.
How many, baseball parks have been to. I think it was like 17 to 20? I forget it was in that range
They call you big country?
Yeah. What's that? Where does that come from?
it was either ConExpo or AED 3 or so years ago when we were rolling, craps at the craps table. I was rolling the dice, and I just kept winning the table win over and over, like, probably ten, 15, 20 times in a row somehow.
Evidently I was the biggest guy, at the table. Some random guy at the end of the, table, started calling me big country, and then, everybody just kind of keeps calling me that at work. So. And I'm not country at all. I prefer the city to be honest with you but I guess, I guess that's my nickname for life now.
