Our Hiring Process
When you apply to join the Werk-Brau team, we review every application and reach out quickly to candidates who might be a good fit. If your skills and experience align with what we’re looking for, we’ll give you a call to learn more about you and answer any initial questions you might have.
From there, we’ll invite you to our facility for an in-person interview where you’ll meet with our team and get a chance to tour our operation. We want you to see firsthand what it’s like to work here, meet some of our team members, and get a feel for our culture.
We’ll discuss your experience, what you’re looking for in your next role, compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities so you have a clear picture of what working at Werk-Brau looks like.
Most candidates hear back from us within a few days to a week, and if it feels like a mutual fit, we’ll move forward with an offer and get you set up for success from day one.
