How to Become a Werk-Brau Dealer
If you’re a new machine franchised equipment dealer and want to join the Werk-Brau network, please complete the application information prompts below. Once we receive your submission, a member of our team will be in touch to follow up with your application.
To complete the Application of Credit, we require your business contact information. You will also need to include your business credit information and trade references.
We require your current sales tax status regarding purchases before you can be approved as a Werk-Brau dealer. Without this completed form, we must charge sales tax on all future purchases.
The tax exemptions in this form may not apply to all states, so please review the information carefully before submitting your application.
